01

The challenge

A talented surgeon with almost no audience, in a field where patients choose on trust and proof, and where medical advertising rules are strict.

02

The strategy

Build the doctor as a brand: credible, visible and easy to book.

Identity
A personal brand identity that looks as premium as the work.
Credibility
Influencers and TV interviews to borrow trust fast.
Easy booking
A booking website so interest turns into consultations.
03

The execution

Two years of steady content and partnerships, kept going through COVID.

Social growth
Instagram from 1K to 25K+, Facebook from 3K to 10K page likes.
Clinic visits
From 20 to 60 a month in the first stage, then an average of about 200.
Inquiries
150+ medical inquiries through the channels.
Reach beyond Egypt
Patients travelling from other Arab countries.
04

The results

Surgeries grew from about one a month to 7–10, clinic visits averaged about 200 a month, and more than 100 surgeries were for patients from other Arab countries.

05

What I'd do next

Add patient-education video earlier: explaining procedures builds the trust that turns followers into consultations.

Next case study
Brand first, and the sales followed.
